Transfers of Bahria Town property are legal only when a transaction is formalized in the presence of an authorized officer of the company in its respective offices at Rawalpindi and Lahore. Bahria Town(Pvt.) limited does not recognize a sale deed concluded outside its office premise(s) and does not support any claims based on such a document. Once the buyer and seller agree on basic terms of sale they must appear before the authorized officer in Bahria Town’s office(s) at Rawalpindi or Lahore with the following documents (specimens may be downloaded from this page)

Transfer fee payment receipt
Application for transfer of property
Allottees personal record
Agreement to sell a Plot/House
Affidavit by the seller
Indemnity Bond by the purchaser
Undertaking for payment of CVT by the purchaser
Undertaking by the purchaser
Fresh surcharge statement showing that all dues and surcharge have been paid.
Membership form of purchaser along with Membership fee payment receipt
Photocopies of NIC of seller, purchaser and nominee of purchaser.
Allotment letter/possession certificate in original.
Note:

1. Transfer is subject to appearance of the seller and the purchaser in person on appointed date and time.

2. Transfer is subject to verification of deposit by Bahria town’s internal auditor(s). it may take up to 15 days.

3. Power of attorney is accepted from overseas members only. It must be verified by the respective Pakistani embassy / High commission and presented at the office of sub-registrar at Rawalpindi /Lahore.
